Architectural drawings are the first phase in the construction design process. It creates a physical environment in which humans can live. Based on the location of the site, dimension of the site and client requirements the following factors like Number of floors, Height of the building and Setbacks are decided. A final floor plate with specific room sizes will be designed by considering Vaastu and Ventilation. The drawings are created with all the aspects in mind and in accordance with government regulations based on the site location.
